Technology in the field of electronics and computer science is advancing day by day and the computer is entering in our daily life and in all branches of Technical Studies / Research. At least a basic knowledge of Electronics and Computer is a must to one and all.
In view of above, " The Mahmood Shariff Polytechnic " was Established in the year 1986 with a view to impart technical education to all indian youth in particular women and backward class students in general at a minimum fees so that the students can earn their livelihood after acquiring the necessary Technical Education.
The institution has fully equipped Electronics, Compute and Science Laboratories and well equipped library with latest technical books and journals. Every year additions of new books, equipments, computers, science, Lab equipment is being done to cope usp with the ltest syllabus which is revised and updated by the Board of Technical Education, Karnataka.
Highly qualified and experienced staff are employed to impart latest technical education as per the latest syllabus set by the Board of Technical Education. The Institution has been affiliated by AICTE, New Delhi and Recognised by the Government of Karnataka.
Students are given ample opportunity to use all labs to carry on the regular experiements and sufficient encouragement is given to them to build and study any Electronic Gadget with Equipments oflabs under the guidance of the Technical Staff..
Summer courses and vocational Technical camps are conducted to facilitate the students to acquire more practicle knowledge about the subject.
Students are taken for visits to various industries and Establishment to expose them to latest equipments and lab works of the Establishments and industries.
